Cancellation Details
Walk-ins are always welcome, but classes reach capacity often. In order to guarantee your spot, sign up online on the APP or website.

Your spot is guaranteed for the first 15 minutes of class. Walk-ins past the 15 minute mark are not allowed to enter class for safety reasons and respect to other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a ‘late-cancel.’

You can cancel a class anytime through the website or app. Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance to prevent a late cancel fee. The late cancel fee is $15. The late cancel fee can be waived if there is a waitlist and your spot in the class is filled.
Packages Non-Refundable & Transferable
Auto-pay memberships are charged the same day of every month from the time of sign up. If you need to cancel your membership, you must provide 30 days notice in writing.

If you love our studio and refer any friends or family, we want to thank you. For every client referred, you can receive one month of unlimited classes for $99 when the new client signs on to a contract membership. For every client referred, you can receive 3 classes complimentary when the new client purchases a 10-class package or more.
