As a part of our Wellness CirKel, we offer customized Retreat experiences.
Break out of your routine and change your life. We offer varied duration options for our retreats that can intermingle lectures, workshops, discussions, guided meditations, high intensity and low intensity workouts, downtime and free time to create, talk, and of course time to just be. Certain activities will be central to the weekend experience (nutrition, mindful movement and customized workshops) but other activities can be chosen based on your own based on your particular needs and interests. The result of the weekend in its entirety is to feel energized, refreshed, re-centered and repurposed, and back on track. Our expert instructors and wellness coaches are your guides to explore new ways to move and to find a deeper connection. This retreat is well organized to include ease of planning for attendees but allows the freedom to choose what fits best for each individual.
