GROUP CLASSES

REFOMER PILATES – FULL BODY 
TIME: 45 Minutes 

Balance. Strength. 
Our curated 45-minute group pilates classes offer a fully body workout that will have you feeling stronger and inspired. This athletic pilates reformer class combines resistance, lengthening, sculpt, strength training and cardio while improving posture and alignment.  Our stunning studio is your one-stop shop for a well-rounded pilates class and experience.  You’ll be in a small group, with everyone working and sweating together.    It’s all a practice; beginners welcome. 

CIRCUIT TRAINING

CIRKELX - FULL BODY
TIME: 45 Minutes  

High Intensity. Low Impact.   

In this combination class you will be able to use both the TRX Training System and the Pilates Reformer.  In the 45 minute class, the instructor will guide you on each system - changing from one to another.   TRX is great for add to “up“ your pilates game and the straps allow you to use your body weight in several different arrangements. Taking the principles of control, strength, form, and combining them with Pilates movements.  Instructors will be able to modify as needed.

PRIVATE TRAINING

PILATES AND PERSONAL TRAINING
TIME: 55 Minutes 

Personal. Refined. 
We offer personalized private and semi-private pilates and personal training sessions that are geared toward our clients' needs in a tranquil, relaxing but motivating environment.  We are consistently reinventing the workouts to keep our clients engaged and invested in their health.  Our clients are supported by passionate instructors who are dedicated in helping their clientele.  Focus and discipline are the center of every session. 

STRETCH

CIRKEL CORE STRETCH
TIME: 45 Minutes  

Stretched. Core. Lean. Grounded.   

This 45 minute class is focused on stretching and lengthening on the reformers while utilizing props like the foam rollers.  We will also work on building in core exercises as these muscles are the base of support for your entire body.   Our core completely surrounds and supports our spine and pelvis and connects our upper body and lower body, effectively transferring forces from one to the other.  Core strength is crucial in everything we do and Recovery is a core CIRKEL wellness principle.
