ATHLETIC REFORMER

TIME: 45 Minutes
Balanced.  Strong. 

IS IT WORTH IT?  LET ME WORK IT.  I PUT MY THING DOWN, FLIP IT & REVERSE IT. 
Our signature reformer class offers a fully body workout that will have you feeling stronger and inspired. This athletic and modern pilates reformer class combines resistance, lengthening, sculpt, strength training and cardio while improving posture and alignment.  Our instructors utilize other Pilates props such as stability balls, bosu balls, resistance bands, Pilates box/jump board, magic circles, and small hand and ankle weights to create an added challenge and variety to your workout.

JUMP + SCUPLT

TIME: 45 Minutes
Cardio. Toned. 

I CAME TO GET DOWN, I CAME TO GET DOWN. SO GET OUT YOUR SEAT & JUMP AROUND. 
We’ll keep the beats bumping and your heart pumping with an jump board added to the end of your machine that allows you to work up a sweat with very little stress on the joints. Jump Board Reformer is a more focused version of our classic Athletic Full Body Reformer class.  This full body workout will scuplt those major muscle groups - with an emphasis on your core, arms, and legs.

CORE + STRETCH

TIME: 45 Minutes
Stretched. Lean. 

1, 2, 3,  4, & GET THEM SIT-UPS RIGHT! 
This class will stretch and lengthen you on the reformers.  Be prepared for core exercises too as these muscles are the base of support for your entire body.   ABS!  The class will switch between interval sections of stretching and then sections of focused core works.  FIRE!  Our core completely surrounds and supports our spine and pelvis and connects our upper body and lower body, effectively transferring forces from one to the other.  Core strength is crucial in everything we do and Recovery is a core CIRKEL wellness principle.

REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

TIME: 45 Minutes
Fundamental.  Grounded.

STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM, NOW WE ARE HERE!

Our Foundations Reformer class is a wonderful starting place for beginners but it’s a great refresher for those seeking to review the Pilates Reformer and all it's bells and whistles.  If you are new, coming back from a pregnancy or sports injury or just need jumpstart your wellness, this is the class for you.  All are welcome to attend.

REFORMER EXPRESS

TIME: 35 Minutes

Our signature Athletic Reformer class scaled down to a 35 minute workout!  Perfect way to still get the work in & the work out when pressed for time.

CIRKELX

TIME: 50 Minutes

It’s HIIT (high-intensity interval training) & LIT (low-impact training).

Our new BREA location will feature CIRKELX.  Group CIRKELX classes will feature 4 circuit-training based stations.  In less than 60 minutes you will switch between cardio, strength & functional movement based stations.  Your time at each station will fly by!  There will be displays & instructors giving you audio and visual cues for the workout at each station.  Our lively team & supportive community will keep you going as the music beats on!

A sample CIRKELX CLASS will have you starting at the @fitbench station, then to the treadmills station @stairmasterog, then to the TRX station @trxtraining @aktivsolutions and then finish at the rowing @ski_row and at each station you will be there around 9-15 minutes with rest time built in.  Can’t wait to get everyone in the CIRKELX #cirkelx #circuittraining
