PILATES MAT
You’ll learn the classical Pilates method, essential anatomy, and effective cueing techniques to keep clients safe and injury-free.
By the end of the program, you’ll be able to confidently build and lead a Pilates mat class, with the foundational knowledge to continue growing on your Pilates journey.
