ARRIVAL & ATTENDANCE

Arrive on time: Please arrive 5–15 minutes early. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) will not be permitted to join class for safety reasons.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

No shows or late cancellations will result in a $15 fee and loss of the use of the class used to book the session.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.

Do not attend if sick: Please stay home and email the studio to inform us of your absence. If you’re feeling unwell to protect others in the studio.

Wipe down equipment after each use: we will provide a wipe at the end of your session. Please use it to wipe down the machine and all equipment that was used during your session.
DRESS CODE & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Grip socks: Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Shoes are not allowed on the pilates equipment.

No strong fragrances: Be mindful of others with sensitivities.

Phones off/silent: Please silence or turn off phones.

Secure personal items: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
STUDIO CONDUCT

Respect the instructor and follow directions carefully.

Quiet environment: Keep conversations low and minimize distractions during class.
MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT

Payment due before class unless prior arrangements have been made.

Memberships/packages are non-transferable and subject to expiration.
AGE & CLASS LEVELS

Minimum age: Clients must be 16 years or older to attend group classes.

Class level: Choose the class that matches your experience level. Ask staff if you’re unsure.
