Ideally, once you have completed our 30-Day CirKel Wellness Program, you can work with your CirKel Wellness Coach to maintain habits, strategies and systems built.

We offer varied duration options for our retreats that can intermingle lectures, workshops, discussions, guided meditations, high intensity and low intensity workouts, downtime and free time to create, talk, and of course time to just be. Certain activities will be central to the weekend experience (nutrition, mindful movement and customized workshops) but other activities can be chosen based on your own based on your particular needs and interests.
